We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, to join our capital markets department, in our Luxemburgish offices.
**Some of the things you’ll be doing**:You will report to the Head of Corporate Governance and Transaction Services, Luxembourg.
You will support the Corporate Governance and Transaction Services team in:
- Providing administrative support to the team for the daily management of the SPVs
- Circulating minutes of Board of Directors meetings, shareholders’ meetings and agreements for signature
- Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators
- Liaising with other CSC group companies
- Providing customer services
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Managing documents, files, and internal databases
- Sending and receiving documents for the company and clients
- Filing documents with the trade and companies register Assisting in various daily operations
**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role International firM/Fiduciary / bank.
- A team player in international environment.
- Professional, friendly demeanor.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, client and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken. German would be an advantage; any other European language is a plus
