Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for its future **Operational Assistant.**
This job offer is a temporary contract for 1 year.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Keep comprehensive and updated records of various procedures by filling in tables, support legal experts in the preparation of relevant legal documents related to internal HR procedures
- Address the Division's operational needs by preparing documents, handling administrative requests, and ensuring compliance with EIB procedures through tasks such as photocopying and record-keeping
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in maintaining proper documentation and data quality, involving both manual and electronic filing of documents related to HR internal procedures and the maintenance of databases
- Streamline the reporting process for the Division by issuing reminders and requests to collect data, ensuring timely reception, and centralizing responses to guarantee completeness of information
- Collaborate with fellow assistants in the Directorate and provide backup support as required
- Undertake any additional administrative tasks as deemed necessary
**Your profile**:
- Secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in accounting, legal or business administration
- At least 3 years relevant experience within a HR/legal administrative function handling confidential and legal matters.
- Ability to maintain and ensure respect of confidentiality is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of the Bank’s standard computer tools, particularly GED and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent command of English and French. Knowledge of other European Union languages would be an advantage
