**Your missions**

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Officer to work closely with our lawyers and Billing & Collection Manager to streamline our billing process and provide comprehensive administrative support. This role offers a stimulating environment and the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of experts.

As Billing Officer, you will:

- Collaborate with lawyers and the Billing & Collection Manager to ensure a smooth client billing process.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support alongside the rest of the secretarial team.
- Assist lawyers with filings or registrations with company registers.
- Execute tasks related to lawyers’ time entry, new business intake requests, and general file organization and maintenance.
- Proactively manage and maintain fee earners’ diaries.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders and clients.

**Your ideal profile**
- Proven secretarial experience in a fast-paced corporate environment; experience in a law firm is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience in creating business management quality decks is essential.
- Fluency in French and English;
- Highly structured, organized, and able to demonstrate initiative and an energetic approach to work.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership of tasks.
- Positive spirit and a collaborative mindset.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
