**Logistics Assistant (H/F) - CDI**
**Your mission**:
You will be a part of our Office Management team. Your tasks will be diverse and varied, and will include:
- Daily supervision on any facility management issues;
- Responding to urgent maintenance;
- Being a contact person for any external providers regarding facility management;
- Liaising with suppliers, cleaning crews and maintenance workers;
- Reporting on incidents, keeping maintenance records;
- Identifying needs for repairs and renovations on a regular basis;
- Fixing minor malfunctions in the office equipment;
- Managing equipment, supply needs and furniture;
- Managing the organisation and supervision of moving items/objects, internal and external transportation of documents/packages;
- Supporting any kind of internal events.
**Your profile**:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility coordination and knowledge of Facilities Management processes, maintenance planning and schedules;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and French. An additional language such as German, Luxembourgish or Dutch is an advantage;
- You are proactive to support other Team members;
- You have strong organisation skills, control and follow-up skills;
- You are a proficient user of MS Office tools;
- You can adapt to your environment.
