We are looking for a qualified and committed Sales Support - RfP Manager for our Commercial Team to start as soon as possible.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Acting as a contact person and qualified support for our Sales and Relationship Managers
- Provide active support to the Sales and Relationship Managers throughout the entire pitching process
- Autonomous creation of sales presentations and support in the creation of service offers
- Coordination of necessary input with internal SME’s (e.g. product units, legal, tax, operations)
- Steering and coordination of RfP projects across our entire service offering for all target groups
- Optimizing the efficiency of processes and standards in RfP management
- Supporting operationally of the sales staff in the internal sales process
- Creating sales presentations
- Developing continuously our sales documentation
- Participating in and taking a leading role in projects.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in economics or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience with an investment / capital management company, an asset manager or a custodian
- Ability to work conceptually, analytically and independently
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills in English, French and/or German being a strong asset
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements and tight deadlines
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- High sales and service orientation as well as strong team spirit
- Effective handling of MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Creativity.
