Inside Sales - un rôle clé chez Econocom
Vous êtes intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe « Sales » d'Econocom PSF.
Vous participez activement à l'activité commerciale de la société.
Vous travaillez en binôme avec un Account Manager et êtes en charge de la création, du suivi et du support aux offres commerciales.
Vous prospectez et développez un portefeuille de nouveaux clients professionnels.
Vous assurez la gestion complète des cycles de vente de votre binôme.
Votre sens du relationnel vous permet de bâtir et d'entretenir des relations d'affaires durables auprès de nos clients.
Vous élaborez des offres commerciales en vous basant sur les standards de la société, et vous en assurez le suivi jusqu'à la commande et la livraison chez le client.
Vous fidélisez la clientèle en assurant un suivi commercial rigoureux et de qualité.
Vous garantissez l'image de marque de la société et en faites la promotion.
Vous restez informé sur l'évolution du marché, des technologies et des solutions proposées par le groupe Econocom afin d'être au plus proche des besoins actuels et futurs des clients.
Vous mettez tout en oeuvre afin de maintenir un service de grande qualité, marqueur fort de l'entreprise nous permettant de nous démarquer sur un marché concurrentiel
Votre Profil
Vous aimez travailler dans une bonne ambiance et y participer.
Diplômé(e) au minimum d'un Bac+2, vous disposez d'une expérience pertinente au sein d'une société de services IT et plus généralement dans le monde des affaires.
Vous désirez évoluer dans une équipe dynamique dans un rôle stratégique.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des technologies utilisées dans le monde IT.
Vous possédez un bon relationnel et avez de solides compétences en communication, en négociation ainsi qu'en diplomatie.
Vous savez présenter la vision commerciale de la société et orienter une conversation commerciale.
Vous êtes curieux(se) et soucieux(se) de suivre en permanance l'évolution des technologies.
Vous aimez partager vos idées et proposer des innovations à vos collègues.
Vous appréciez de travailler en équipe.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome.
Vous n'hésitez pas à solliciter vos collègues pour resoudre un problème et/ou débloquer une situation.
Vous êtes à l'aise en Anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et savez animer une conversation.
La maitrise d'autres langues telles que le Luxembourgeois ou l'Allemand est un avantage.
