We are seeking a Sales Advisor for a client who is a prominent provider of telephony, Internet, TV, and ICT services. This client also excels in developing telecommunication infrastructures and ICT services.
Location: Luxembourg
**Activities and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and respond to customer needs promptly.
- Advise on solutions, technologies, and services.
- Organize and participate in product/service presentations.
- Provide pre-sales support for Corporate customers.
- Prepare financial responses and seek support for non-standard products.
- Draft precise offers and contracts
- Coordinate sales and cross-functional teams for efficient collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitiveness.
**Ideal Profile**:
- English and French fluent
- Min 3 years in sales or technical/commercial roles.
- Specialization in technical aspects of products/solutions/services.
- Ability to understand diverse technical environments.
- Courteous, with a valid driving license B.
