**Description**
- Soutenir le CGP dans les transactions ;
- Obtenir les approbations de l'entreprise pour les questions liées aux transactions ;
- Organiser les délégations de pouvoirs appropriées pour chaque transaction ;
- Assister aux réunions et en rédiger le procès-verbal, préparer les extraits de procès-verbaux, coordonner l'exécution des documents juridiques et assurer le suivi des documents (légalisation, apostille, révision, vérification des signatures, etc ;)
- Assurer la liaison avec les tiers et les équipes du fonds pour garantir une exécution correcte et dans les délais ;
- Maintenir une gouvernance appropriée ;
- Maintenir des registres et des dossiers juridiques appropriés ;
- Maintenir la gouvernance d'entreprise de la SGP en conservant une base de données spécialement conçue pour les questions liées aux transactions ;
- Respecter les exigences réglementaires en matière de déclaration des transactions au dépositaire et à l'auditeur et leur fournir tous les documents et informations pertinents, le cas échéant ;
- Organiser la mise en place de la documentation juridique des flux de fonds liés aux transactions ;
- Organiser l'exécution des documents de clôture et assurer le suivi pour obtenir les documents de clôture de la base de données ;
- Fournir des services de conseil ;
- Conseiller le Conseiller en investissement sur les exigences luxembourgeoises pour les questions liées aux transactions ;
- Assurer la supervision du Conseiller en investissement ;
- Veiller à l'approbation adéquate des délégations de pouvoir au Conseiller en investissement et apporter son soutien à l'exécution des examens annuels du Conseiller en investissement.
**Profile**
- Formation en administration et secrétariat d'entreprise, avec quelques connaissances en droit ;
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans le secteur de l'immobilier (profils juniors également considérés) ;
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement international ;
- Connaissance des procédures administratives ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand, le français est un plus ;
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale pour la liaison internationale ;
- Orienté(e) vers le travail en équipe et doté(e) de solides compétences en matière de suivi et d'exécution ;
- Autonome et capable de hiérarchiser les tâches et de respecter des délais serrés ;
- Fortes compétences administratives et organisationnelles ;
- Attitude positive et souci du détail ;
- Connaissance des systèmes Microsoft Office.
