**Job description**:
- Your main responsibilities:
- Managing a complex and diversified portfolio of clients with all aspects of company legislation
- Providing and ensuring good governance on our clients’ structures
- Reviewing and commenting legal documentation prepared by third parties
- Organization and attendance to board/shareholders meetings, including preparation / review of minutes and follow-up on action points
- Monitoring statutory and legal deadlines for our clients, as well supervision of legal files maintenance
- Coordination with third parties and building relationships
- Ensuring proper communication within the business lines and other internal departments
- Coordination and supervision of the senior and junior officers and operating a quality review of work performed and workload
- Your profile:
- You successfully passed a master's degree in law or Business Administration or Economics
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position
- You have good knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate law
- You have managed a team and you are able to motivate and coach team members
- You are fluent in French and English
- You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- You demonstrate tact and diplomacy, observing confidentiality at all times
- You are dedicated to work and appreciate working in a fast-growing environment
- You are dynamic, open-minded, flexible, impacting and business-oriented
- You demonstrate extraordinary commitment to provide excellent service through self-initiative and team spirit
