Au sein de notre équipe Sales and Marketing vous assisterez le responsable Sales and Marketing dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale et marketing de l’Hôtel.
**VOS MISSIONS**
- Vous assurez la conquête, le développement et la fidélisation de votre portefeuille clients.
- Vous contribuez à la création et la mise en place de la stratégie commerciale de l’Hôtel et de ses différentes business units.
- Vous avez la charge de la promotion de l’Hôtel et de ses différents points de vente, tant au niveau de l’hébergement, des restaurants que des services de banquets et conférences.
- Développement de l’image de marque de l’Hôtel et de son rayonnement national et international.
- Entretien des relations avec l’organisme “The Leading Hotels of the World”.
- Déclinaison d’un planning mensuel des actions commerciales et marketing en lien avec vos objectifs en termes de volume, de part de marché et de croissance.
- Entretien de la base de données commerciale.
- Participation à la construction des budgets commerciaux prévisionnels par segment.
- Ambassadeurs de l’Hôtel au Grand-Duché et lors de la présence aux divers salons et foires au niveau international.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Idéalement issu d’études supérieures en commerce, une spécialisation en hôtellerie sera considérée comme un avantage.
- Expérience à un poste similaire requise.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, toute autre langue est un avantage certain.
- Maîtrise informatique (Pack Office, logiciel hôtelier, etc.).
- Disposé(e) à effectuer des déplacements en Europe et à l'international.
- Autonome et organisé(e), vous faites preuve d’une grande rigueur.
- Un très bon sens de la communication, et des capacités de négociation très développées.
- Disposant d’une excellente présentation.
- Personne proactive qui fait preuve d’initiative
