**Your Team**

Avaloq is recruiting for an experienced New Business Sales Executive in the Benelux to help drive further growth in the wealth management and private banking market. As part of the Sales & Key Account Management team, you will join an experienced and high achieving team and have the opportunity to contribute to its ongoing success.

We are looking for someone who is highly capable, driven, ambitious and self-motivated, who wants to contribute to a strong and collaborative team spirit.

Your primary role will be to tirelessly acquire, qualify and close material sales opportunities for our core platform, digital and ‘as-a-Service’ products. In doing so you will:

- Actively create and drive pipeline by identifying, matching and engaging Financial Institutions in Private Banking, Wealth and Asset Management with our products and services;
- Identify key stakeholders, buyers and decision makers within target organisations and develop sales strategies highly tuned to their business wants and needs;
- Implement successful sales strategies for designated sales projects and support definition of business cases for prospective clients;
- Coordinate and organise meetings with prospective clients as well as internal resources; prepare and hold presentations and workshops
- Reach sales targets by initiating and managing sales projects until the conclusion of contracts with new clients;
- For international accounts, contribute to a multi-site sales strategy in partnership with the leading sales executive/manager
- Collaborate with our solutions, pre-sales and product teams to drive and respond to "requests for information"/"requests for proposal"
- Channel market feedback to collaborate with our solutions, pre-sales and product teams to drive the development of product features that will generate new business
- Collaborate with our marketing teams to drive campaigns and participate in various sales & marketing events
- Coordinate the activity of various stakeholders (e.g. implementation, service and software partners) in sales projects

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- Proven track record and experience of developing and winning material and profitable new business within the financial & wealth management industry
- Complex deal structuring experience including lift outs of technology and operations
- Relevant experience in - front/middle and back office systems and services in the wealth management and private banking space
- World class interpersonal and executive engagement skills
- Resilience, drive and an insatiable hunger to find, create and win new business
- Excellent presentation and proposal (RFI/RFP) skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Willingness to travel
