ICARE Executive Search, recherche pour le compte de son client qui conçoit, produit, distribue et installe des machines frigorifiques en industrie, un After Sales Manager en Froid industriel en CDI basé à Luxembourg.

Rattaché au Directeur Général du Luxembourg votre mission principale est d’organiser, gérer et optimiser tous les aspects de l'expérience après-vente dans le domaine frigorifique pour les clients industriels et d'entretenir les relations avec ce dernier. Pour cela vous assurerez:

- la gestion, la planification et le suivi des demandes d’intervention : affecter les interventions aux techniciens, planifier les interventions avec les clients, préparer les bons de travaux, commander les pièces et le matériel nécessaires, récolter les bons de travaux après intervention, contrôler les données et préparer la facturation.
- Apporter un support technique aux clients et aux techniciens par téléphone
- Dispenser les formations techniques aux techniciens de manière à les maintenir à niveau.
- Gérer les demandes d’offres SAV : réceptionner et traiter les demandes, établir les offres et les suivre jusqu’à l’obtention de la commande.

Vous disposez de minimum 2 années d'expérience en tant que Frigoriste OU un diplôme d'études supérieurs dans le domaine du génie climatique ou du froid industriel. Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel et aimez le contact client.
