Een grote in Luxemburg gevestigde internationale vermogensbeheerder wil het salesteam uitbreiden met een

**Sales Executive Beleggen**

die, ondersteund door een uitgekiende marketingstrategie, gekwalificeerde leads, en uitgebreide commerciële training en opleiding, vermogende particulieren gaat benaderen met een bewezen succesvolle en gedegen beleggingspropositie.

**Wat ga je als Sales Executive Beleggen doen?**
- Je benadert telefonisch vermogende particulieren en gaat persoonlijk afspraken met ze maken voor je collega sales manager;
- Het is een 100% acquisitierol, maar _geen_ cold calling; je leads worden aangeleverd;
- Je gaat je gesprekspartners bewegen tot een kwalitatief goede en gefundeerde afspraak en wordt daarvoor uitstekend beloond;
- Geen KYC, CDD, nazorg, administratie en relatiemanagement, dit wordt door je collega's gedaan;

**Wat hebben we je te bieden?**

Je gaat met je collega's in het salesteam in Luxemburg samenwerken om met Nederlandse vermogenden hoogwaardige afspraken te maken voor je collega sales manager, zodat je gezamenlijk voor succes zorgt en daarvoor samen afgerekend wordt.

Daarnaast:

- Is je beloning meer dan uitstekend: een vast salaris van € 28.500;
- + een _ongelimiteerde_ prestatievergoeding;
- Deze prestatievergoeding is afhankelijk van het aantal gemaakte afspraken en het bedrag dat je cliënt gaat beleggen;
- Normaal gesproken kun je een jaarsalaris van tussen € 50.000 en € 70.000;
- verdienen, maar er is _geen_ bovengrens;
- Val je onder het Luxemburgse belastingtarief: geen 37% maar ca. 20%;
- Kun je 'warm' acquireren: leads worden je aangeleverd;
- Ontvang je een volledige vergoeding voor je ziektekostenverzekering en een pensioenbijdrage;
- Worden er lunch
- en sportvergoedingen verzorgd;
- Heb je uitstekende groeiperspectieven om door te stoten naar nieuwe posities in beleggen en vermogensbeheer
- Kom je te werken voor een van 's werelds snelst groeiende vermogensbeheerders.

**Bedrijf**

Het bedrijf waarvoor je komt te werken is een wereldwijd opererende vermogensbeheerder, met de V.S., het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Europa als belangrijkste marktgebieden. Nederland staat inmiddels stevig op de kaart en groeit snel. Met een op know-how, research en een persoonlijke, op maat gesneden beleggingspropositie, beheert zij momenteel meer dan € 100 miljard voor haar cliënten. En daar gaat het zeker niet bij blijven.

Met je ervaring en ambitie ben je een uitstekende consultative seller, kun je goed luisteren en de juiste vragen stellen. Je houdt van sales en wil scoren, en daar goed voor beloond worden. Je weet dat sales een number's game is en elke 'nee' maakt je beter.

Wat vragen we verder van je?
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels;
- Een goede opleiding en/of ervaring die hieraan gelijk staat;
- Een mooi sales track record en ambitie om jezelf voortdurend te verbeteren;
- Je wil graag in een stimulerende omgeving werken en hebt de ambitie om echt verder te komen;
- Je woont en werkt graag in Luxemburg
