Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. **As a Senior Sales Orchestrator**

You will be responsible for generating and closing deals alongside our dedicated team of technology business professionals in Belgium and Luxembourg. The primary focus of the role will be on Siemen’s customers in Transportation, Industrial, and Military Aerospace industries. At Siemens Digital Industry Software, our direct sales team is the engine that drives our growth in medium/large sized companies in different industries. Have a look at how your role will look like.

**Your will take the lead on the following.**
- As part of the software sales team, lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value selling engagements (typically medium, large to enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects.
- Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals.
- Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our PLM/MOM solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification.
- Understand industry trends, competitor landscapes and wider interfaces and influence such through the delivery of thought leadership.
- Develop customer relationships through online face-to-face contact and site visits to facilitate future software sales. Works on projects/assignments of ambitious scope.

**About you**

You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher (computer science, engineering, business, marketing or sales) and experience with enterprise systems such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and MOM. Besides this you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French & English
- You have a proven track record in manufacturing/production market so you can provide insights to enterprise clients on how to improve their business supported by digitalization solutions.
- You have challenger selling techniques to drive C level engagement and sponsorship.
- You are savvy on selling multiple software products e.g., PLM, low-code, IoT, CAD, CAE, EDA, ideally in a hybrid model (SaaS and On-Prem).
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills and you are fluent in French.
