Continuous Improvement Lead Black Belt

Our Production Systems team is working to continuously improve the service we provide to our customers, and we're looking for a LSS Blackbelt certified CI Lead to help us
- ** Your Role **:As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt you would be responsible for our continuous improvement team in Luxembourg. Your job would be to identify and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects and contribute to the implementation of the internal continuous improvement strategy (Production System) for our Contract Logistics sites in Luxembourg in alignment with the local management teams and the National Contract Logistics Production System Manager.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Initiation, set-up, implementation and follow-up of Kaizen, Yellow, Green and Black Belt projects;
- Coordinate, coach and train a team responsible for White Belt/Green Belt/Yellow Belt projects;
- Train, coach and support stakeholders in the methodology of Lean Six Sigma;
- Supporting new customer implementations with implementing lean six sigma tools;
- Implementation and local maintenance of Lean Six Sigma tools (5S, Gemba Walks, SQCDEP Management, TWI, control charts etc.) after implementation by ensuring sustainability of local Lean Six Sigma compliance;
- Monitor savings and development of projects;
- Perform Deep Dive Value Stream analysis on major flows.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Professional experience of several years in the logistics or manufacturing business and strong knowledge in its processes and goods flow;
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate;
- Training, Coaching and Leadership Skills;
- Project management skills and analytical mindset;
- Able to work independently and within a team;
- Good interpersonal and strong communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent skills in MS Office;
- Language skills: English and either German or French
