Dev Lead

It’s common to write code and have it running live on site just a few days later. We push code everyday and have small teams that build products that are used all over Europe by all Flash Group customers and logistic teams. **Your missions**:

- Ensure effective communication between team members and other IT functional areas
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement and act as a technical mentor and adviser
- Deliver quality code (tested)
- Integrate software with existing systems

**Your profile**:

- Experience in a web development environment requiring technical knowledge on Javascript (React / Node.js) / MySQL / Docker / Git (Unit test experience is appreciated)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead developer
- The ambition to learn new things and deal with new technologies
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in Agile environment is appreciated
