We are offering a Site green belt position within our contract logistics team, in Conterm. If you want to contribute to Continuous Improvement in one of the most successful logistics organizations, this is a great opportunity to join our Production System team
** Your Role**: As Site Green Belt your responsibility is to implement the internal continuous improvement strategy of the sites in alignment with the local management teams.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Bring Improvement techniques to Life: implement and keep up continuous improvement techniques like SQCDEP boards, 5S, Process control boards, VSM, flow and more;
- Be the Coach: train and support our team members in using these techniques. You don’t need to be a disciplinarian, just someone ready to share knowledge and be a supportive guide;
- Project Collaboration: work on impactful projects with colleagues from different teams. Let's make our workplace and processes even better together;
- Encourage Improvement Culture: help create a culture where everyone is part of making things better every day. No superhero required, just a passion for improvement;
- Support the management: use your influencing skills to help management team get on the improvement train, developing knowledge in Lean Thinking and Production System;
- Lead and deliver LSS Green Belts projects, coach others on their DMAIC and make sure our improvements show up on the P&L. Don't worry, we'll teach you the finance lingo; #LI-AM4
- Customer value drivers: find and suggest ways to make our customers' satisfaction even better. You eagerly tackle basics like Team Boards and Standard work while also taking charge of complex projects.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in an operational role, preferably within supply chain environment.
- Been Around the Block: worked in fast paced operations for several years, maybe in supply chain? We'd love to hear about your experiences.
- Knowledge & practice in Lean Six Sigma: played around with Lean Six Sigma Tools, continuous improvements and project management? Maybe you're not an expert in every tool yet, but you have proven experience in implementing lean tools and projects implementation. Having an Lean six sigma certificate is an extra asset.
- Practical coaching : you excel in employing a balanced approach that emphasizes understanding the 'why' through a soft, empathetic demeanor. You demonstrate a resolute stance when holding stakeholders accountable for their commitments. We need someone who can chat with people from all levels.
- Think and Do: you are analytical, but you are not stuck in your head. You like to get hands-on and make things happen.
- Fluent in German and English: communication is key, so if you can speak both, you're golden.
