Gcore provides a wide range of services for customers of all industries that develop their business online. The company's services include public cloud, managed hosting, content delivery network (CDN), an advanced media platform for professional broadcasts and streaming of any complexity, protection against DDoS attacks of any level, protection against malicious bots, cloud content storage, etc. G-Core Labs built its own global infrastructure on all continents with the best CDN performance in Europe and other locations. The network has 140 points of presence located in more than 110 cities around the world in reliable Tier IV and Tier III data centers.
At the current stage, we are looking for an** HR Business Partner** to join our global HR team. You will meet dynamic, and motivated colleagues, and you will get a chance to involve yourself in interesting tasks.
- _This role is not limited to the location in Luxembourg_.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Work closely with the Heads of the Department to direct project plans and implementations in line with the HR department's strategy
- Create people plans that support business objectives
- Performance, engagement, and building people management capability - support and develop people managers in driving a performance culture and ensuring optimum employee engagement across the group
- Develop HR planning and analytics methods, models, and projections - to justify project plans, scope, and techniques
- Guide us on resourcing, organization design, and succession planning
- Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
- To be a part of the training needs to ensure the facilitation of training requirements
- Ensure constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans, and objectives
- Monitor allocated budget to ensure compliance and take corrective measures when necessary
- Provide inputs on the development of the annual budget
- Forecast manpower needs and costs within the district and within the overall budget constraints ensuring that needed resources are available and utilized efficiently
- Effectively partner with the business to drive important HR initiatives
- Lead the organization's climate survey actions and monitor the pulse of the organization to anticipate issues crucially
- Question and challenge the status quo, find new ways to drive employee engagement crucial|
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of the company
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
- 4+ years of professional experience in various HR functions (preferable strong generalist experience) in Tech, Fintech or comparable
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Project management experience, especially in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Excellent communicator and facilitator; excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven proactive experience in senior stakeholder management
- Fluency in English (other European language such as German, French, Polish, etc. are considered as a plus)
