Your Responsibilities:
- Organizing and scheduling shareholder and board meetings.-
- Drafting standard corporate documents, including shareholder and board resolutions.-
- Handling filings with the commercial register and for financial documents.-
- Collecting and organizing signatures.-
- Updating and maintaining share registers and databases.-
- Managing and filing legal documents, handling compliance procedures (AML).-
- Assisting experienced Legal Specialists in providing corporate secretarial services to clients.-
- Liaising with external parties.Your profile:
- Demonstrated diligence, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.-
- Ability to thrive in an family office and collaborative work environment.Fluency in French, German, Luxembourgish and EnglishThe offer:
