Sales Operations Specialist - Luxembourg

As a Sales Operations Specialist with Convera, based in our Luxembourg office, you will be responsible for providing support to the European Sales team with collecting/documenting new client and prospect information from various business units and providing customer support to his/her internal clients.
Sales Operations will ensure all customer activity is documented and followed-up on in accordance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the documentation to support a new client account is complete and meets the different European policies and compliance requirements
- Liaise with the respective Sales and Compliance leaders during the client on-boarding phase to offer the best customer experience possible, while meeting the SLAs
- Work collaboratively, as a global European function, with all Sales and Compliance functions in the different countries where Convera is established in Europe
- Support the Lead Generation team by having qualification conversation with incoming digital leads, coming from Convera’s digital marketing activity to promote its B2B payment and hedging services
- Support the local sales team by attending networking events and maintaining data integrity in our database
- Support requests from internal users and maintain administrative documentation
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written), as all internal communication is in English. French, German and other European languages are a real plus, given the global scope of the role
- Experience working in a Client Support function and team
- Experience of working within a high-volume service delivery environment
- Experience of working with Financial Services or understanding of the payments industry and foreign exchanges services is a plus
- Ability to work remotely with international and diverse organizations, building internal networks
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Professional telephone manner with an ability to develop rapport with customers
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines with high sense of urgency, when needed
- Strong team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of qualification
