Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the overarching retail sales strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead and oversee regional sales teams to achieve performance targets and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key dealership networks across Europe.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans for sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement region-specific campaigns.
- Develop training programs and resources to elevate sales team performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in retail automotive sales, with a proven track record of managing multi-country operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of European automotive markets and regulations.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: €200,000.00 per year
