- Nous recherchons un Customer Support
- Pour une entrée à contrat determinée de 12 mois
Responsabilités:
- Résoudre les problèmes et les préoccupations des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace.
- Fournir des informations sur les produits, les services et les politiques de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.
- Suivre et documenter les interactions avec les clients dans le système de gestion des relations avec la clientèle.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration du service client et les communiquer à l'équipe.
Compétences requises:
- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire de service client.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Orienté(e) vers la satisfaction du client.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Maîtrise français et l'anglais
