**About the Role**:
For our Luxembourg Headquarters, we are looking for a **Travel Expenses & HR Administration Specialist**, who will become the **point of reference and the main support** for the related topics.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this role, you will manage **daily operational tasks**, constantly interacting a wide **variety of stakeholders**.
In particular, you will be the **point of contact and help desk** for **travel expenses management** on SAP Concur and **company credit cards**, giving support on the main issues. You will also ensure the **registration and payment of invoices** on SAP ECC and Ariba.
Concerning **HR Administration **related activities, you will prepare **employees contracts, certificates, and salary letters**, creating and updating the corresponding folders in the system (PeopleDoc). Moreover, you will **assist** the colleagues with the **presence management system**, maintain the **payslip distribution** system (Seezam) and manage **medical insurance** related tasks.
Lastly, you will take care of the **incoming daily postal mail**.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **2 to 3 years background** as **HR Assistant, Administration or similar **roles, possibly with some basic notions of **labour law**.
Your knowledge of **Excel **will definitely be an asset and any other **HR Admin-related tool **will be helpful, especially SAP HR.
As you are a **people-person** with **good interpersonal skills**, you are able to build a **trustful cooperation** with your colleagues, that you are available to **help and support **with the appropriate level of **confidentiality**.
