**Responsibilities**:

- Core responsibilities include providing support in coordinating and ensuring efficient daily operations of the office.
- Conducting front desk responsibilities, which entail greeting visitors and handling phone calls by screening and directing them appropriately.
- Mail processing and distribution
- Assisting with the arrangement of meeting rooms and catering
- Overseeing the procurement and administration of office supplies
- Skilled in independently managing administrative tasks
- Assisting in the organization, arrangement, and supervision of timetables.
- Travel coordination and expense management
- Assisting the executive team and managers
- Support of other departments

**Requirements**:

- Relevant prior experience in a comparable position (e.g., reception or Office Management)
- Outstanding command of English and German. Proficiency in French and Luxembourgish is advantageous
- Exceptional dedication to client service
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and punctuality
