L'un de nos client, une entreprise commerciale de taille moyenne dans le sud de Luxembourg, recherche un IT Support afin de compléter son équipe IT infrastructure.

Vos missions :

  • Offrir un support technique complet aux utilisateurs finaux, en traitant rapidement et efficacement les problèmes matériels, logiciels et réseau.
  • Déployer et gérer des solutions basées sur le cloud, en exploitant des plateformes telles que Microsoft 365 et Azure pour une productivité et une évolutivité accrues.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'infrastructure informatique alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux et favorisant l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Utiliser des outils et technologies modernes pour le déploiement automatisé, la surveillance et la maintenance des systèmes, garantissant des performances et une sécurité optimales.
  • Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et de l'optimisation, stimulant l'amélioration continue des services informatiques et des mécanismes de support.
  • Gérer et entretenir l'infrastructure matérielle et d'impression.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme en informatique, technologie de l'information ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le support informatique, avec une solide base en administration système et gestion réseau.
  • Maîtrise des plateformes de cloud computing telles que Microsoft 365 et Azure, y compris une expérience en administration et configuration.
  • Vous parlez le français et l'anglais, l'allemand et le luxembourgeois sont des avantages
