CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a VoIP Specialist (Telephony Support), to join a multicultural team in Luxembourg.

Your Missions

The job consists in managing daily operations, autonomously or in collaboration with colleagues to maintain the services to customers, at the best level of quality : Requests fullfitment, Incident Management, Changes implementation.
You administrate the entire VoIP infrastructure of the client
You handle incidents and provide support for the telephony
You process the arrival, departure and change of service workflows linked to staff movements within the client's premises for the VoIP part
You administrate the Cisco telephone platform
The UC VOIP Specialist Standard is administrator of the assets in his scope: Installation, Configuration, Support, Troubleshooting, Updates/Upgrades, Backup frequency/Restore Validation, Documentation

**Profile**:
You hold a Master's degree in IT and minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 7 years
You have a fluent level in English (French is an advantage)
You are familiar with ITIL guidelines

**You already worked with Cisco products (for example**: Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Webex Server, Cisco Jabber Guest, Cisco CMS, Cisco ExpressWay, Peter Connect...)
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You are an excellent communicator
Having knowledge in Radware, Videomesh is an asset
