For one of our clients located in Strassen, we are looking for a :

Customer service representative (m/f)

Your role :

Ensure and provide outstanding service to our customers. The service level must promote a professional image

(reliability, responsiveness, assurance & empathy) of our company by meeting or going beyond customer's expectations

 Follow up orders from quotation to payment in a timely and efficient manner, for all customers

 Raise orders and for machines projects / process invoices for staged payment deliveries​.

 Handle contracts setup/update, liaise with legal/management/commercial dept.

 Monitor call off, stock orders, allocations, consignment stock

 Implement Signode strategy regarding price evolutions.

 Set up / update / communicate price lists & pricing structure to customers

 Follow all procedures related to discount / rebates contracts.

 Manage customers' expectations in term of lead times and pro-actively chasing up backorder items ​

 Deal with any customer queries (late deliveries, faulty goods, stock discrepancies etc ) ​

 Provide customers with requests for datasheets, account creation etc ​

 Support external sales with customer reports / scorecards​

 Pass on any inquiries beyond their remit to internal sales / external sales / project sales etc​

 Follow MR (material return process) for material (defective, wrong deliveries……)​

 Raise any credit notes for material returns / price discrepancies​

 Co-ordinate and monitor order fulfillment (logistic, production, finance, …)

 Set up new accounts / send customer credit application forms ​

 Take full responsibility for certain agreed accounts.

 Monitor the completion of customer's questionnaires.

 Perform colleagues back-up

Your skills :

 Ideally a bachelor degree plus 2 years of specialization in sales,

 Commercial Acumen.

 Customer oriented

 Resilience

 Attentiveness

 Professional phone manner.

 Autonomous, organized, motivated and team orientated.

 Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

 ERP and CRM experience

 Profit / Achievement orientated.

 Outstanding internal & external communication

 Good knowledge and competency with Windows environment,

 Interest for technical equipment,

 Ability to solve problems

 English / French / Dutch mandatory,

 Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
