- ** Ihre Rolle **:In unserem Warehouse in Contern (LUX) arbeiten wir für eine Schweizer Sportmarke (vor allem Sportschuhe und Bekleidung). Wir suchen erfahrene und aufgeschlossene Schichtleiter (m/w/d), die Spaß an der Mitarbeiterführung (ca MA) und hohes Interesse an reibungslosen Prozessen haben. Wir arbeiten den größten Teil des Jahres im Zweischichtbetrieb. Nur in den Sommermonaten (Juni bis September) kommt es regelmäßig zu Nachtschichten, die entsprechend extra entlohnt werden. - ** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Betreuung und Organisation eines Lagerteams
- Motivation der Mitarbeiter und der stellvertretenden Schichtleiter im Team
- Beurteilung und Förderung der Lagermitarbeiter (Feedbackgespräche + Erarbeitung von Trainings)
- Steuerung und Planung der Mitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung von Volumendaten
- Kommunikation von identifizierten Problemen zum Management und Unterbreitung von potentiellen Lösungsvorschlägen
- Aktive Unterstützung bei Continuous Improvement Projekten und selbstständige Durchführung solcher Projekte
- Identifikation von operationellen, organisatorischen oder qualitativen Problemen und anschließende Ursachenanalyse sowie Festlegung von notwendigen Korrekturmassnahmen
- Einhaltung der vereinbarten Kundenprozeduren und Follow-up/Reporting von Abweichungen
**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige operative Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Bereich Spedition/Logistik
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie Erfahrung im Konfliktmanagement
- Erfahrung im Zeitmanagement
- Fortgeschrittene MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit, die Produktivität unter Beachtung von KPI's und Kosten zu steuern
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch ("Umgangsenglisch"), Französisch ist von Vorteil
- Teamplayer sowie die Fähigkeit Zeitpläne und Fristen einzuhalten
- Grundkenntnisse in Lean Management sowie Erfahrung im Bereich kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse sind von Vorteil

Sie werden Teil eines sehr freundschaftlichen Teams mit einem sehr ruhigen Umgangston. Es wird sauber und strukturiert (Lean, 5S) zusammengearbeitet. Wir bieten Ihnen 27 Urlaubstage. Jeder gesetzliche Feiertag wird als zusätzlicher Urlaubstag gewährt, wenn er auf ein Wochenende fällt.
