Inside Sales Representative Northern Europe

In a context of growth, Centreon wishes to strengthen its Northern European sales team.

We are therefore looking for a motivated and talented Inside sales representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Sales Development:

  • Achieve sales objectives by leveraging product and industry knowledge
  • Present and sell our software solutions and services managing the whole sales cycle from first call to closing
  • Identify potential growth opportunities by managing client expectations using persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross sell
  • Document and update all activities and exchanges with prospects within Salesforce for pipeline management
  • Collect clients' feedback in order to actively participate in product development and process improvement initiatives
  • Edit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

What do we expect?

  • 2 years in sales experience preferably in the IT Industry
  • Show strong aptitude for sales
  • Results driven mindset
  • Ability to maintain high Customer Relationship
  • A tenacious attitude with a high degree of selfmotivation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team
  • Proficiency in English & French mandatory and any other European language is considered a plus ( like Dutch)
