Job Content :Your main responsibilities :
As a Inside Sales, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Excellent negotiating toward manufacturer
- Support and improve the processes in relation with the business needs
- Prepare regular pipeline updates internal/external
- Work collaboratively with back office, pre-sales, delivery Team
Your profile :
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an IT environment
- Proven inside sales experience
- Fluent in French and English
- You have a first level of technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent negotiating
