**MISSIONS**

En tant qu'Inside Sales, vous aurez pour mission principale la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients existants (fidélisation et vente par téléphone) et le développement d'un portefeuille de nouveaux clients. Vous répondrez aux questions des clients, les conseillerez et leur proposerez des alternatives/produits/promotions en fonction de leurs besoins.

**PRINCIPALES TACHES**

**Pour mener à bien ses missions, l'Inside Sales doit**:

- Appeler activement des clients existants pour leur proposer des nouveaux produits.
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients par téléphone
- Émettre des devis de nouveaux contrats, de renouvellements de contrats déjà existants et de pièces de rechanges ou consommables
- Négocier les propositions commerciales
- Prendre en charge la gestion administrative de ses dossiers
- Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale externe
- Se tenir informé des produits proposés
- Construire et entretenir une relation durable son portefeuille clients.
- Étudier les opportunités commerciales du secteur
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la société ainsi que ses objectifs personnels

**PROFIL REQUIS**

**Expérience Professionnelle**: Une 1ère expérience dans le domaine ou équivalent est un avantage.

**Qualités et Compétences Métiers**:

- Faire preuve d'organisation et de rigueur
- Bonne utilisation des différents moyens de communication (téléphone, mail, teams )
- Bonnes compétences en négociation
- Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement son environnement business
- Savoir établir et suivre une stratégie client
- Capacité à créer un lien avec son prospect en usant des techniques de négociation
- Persévérance et capacité de remise en question personnelle
- Capacité à travailler sous objectifs

**Langues**: La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est impérative. Toute autre langue (luxembourgeois, allemand ) est considérée comme un avantage.
