L'activité « Corporate et Institutionnels » offre des services à des clients principalement institutionnels et professionnels ainsi qu'aux lignes-métiers du Groupe Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking, sous forme d'un service d'exploitation bancaire personnalisé et de la gestion d'opérations structurées spécifiques à cette clientèle.

**Votre mission**

Au sein de notre activité « Corporate et Institutionnels », vous aidez les Relationship Managers (« RM ») à formaliser et à documenter les entrées en relation (ouvertures de compte) avec des clients des segments Corporate (entités luxembourgeoises holding de grandes sociétés clientes du groupe CA), Institutionnels (Fonds, SPV, Management Companies, Fondations) et Assurances (Captives de réassurance, Assurances).

- Vous prenez en charge l'onboarding des nouvelles relations en vous appuyant sur les équipes dédiées à la connaissance des clients. A ce titre, vous serez l'interface entre les RM et divers services internes de la banque (Client Data, Conformité, Innovation, Ebanking ).
- Vous vous assurez de la complétude et de l'exactitude des informations obtenues des prospects
- Vous vérifiez que la documentation a bien été comprise et remplie par les prospects
- Vous introduisez dans les systèmes électroniques de la banque les données lui permettant d'avoir une connaissance complète de ses futurs clients et de remplir ses obligations réglementaires (criblage / filtrage, etc )
- Vous informez régulièrement les RM et les KYC Officers des obstacles rencontrés et discutez avec eux des délais de résolution attendus.
- Vous expliquez aux RM les résultats de vos recherches et les modalités de saisie dans les systèmes en vue d'obtenir leur validation d'entrée en relation.

Bac + 3 / L3

**Formation / Spécialisation**:

- Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac +4 ou plus (Ecole de Commerce, Université), vous envisagez de faire carrière dans le secteur bancaire ou financier.
- Idéalement, vous disposez déjà d'une expérience bancaire dans le cadre de stages effectués dans ce secteur (exploitation bancaire, conformité )

**Niveau d'expérience minimum**:
3 - 5 ans

**Expérience**:
Une expérience réussie dans le métier de dépositaire de fonds serait un atout supplémentaire.

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation, et votre sens du service
- Votre bon relationnel ainsi que votre esprit d'équipe vous permettront une intégration rapide et réussie
- Vous disposez d'une bonne maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais
