Relationship Manager Corporate Clients (Italian Speaking) in Luxembourg
We are currently seeking a skilled Relationship Manager Corporate Clients who is fluent in Italian to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg.
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our bank's relationships with both existing and prospective customers, intermediaries, and professional advisors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with present and future customers, intermediaries, and professional advisors, ensuring the bank's reputation as a trusted financial partner.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients by offering a wide range of banking services, including liquidity management, investment advice, payments and transfers, foreign exchange, bullion, bonds, equities and options trading, corporate actions, custodian services, credit cards, participation management, investment management, loans, credit lines, bank guarantees, and audit reports.
- Proactively advise clients on tax and financial engineering matters, as well as corporate restructuring and funding, to ensure their financial success.
- Ensure strict adherence to Account Opening Procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, defining the account's purpose, complying with CSSF and AML regulations, and accurately recording all account data in the CRM system.
- Maintain proper file management by reviewing and updating client account information regularly.
- Execute customer instructions promptly and accurately, with a keen focus on compliance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) regulations, including customer classification, appropriateness, and suitability tests.
- Thoroughly inform and educate customers about all relevant aspects of their accounts, particularly the General Terms and Conditions document that governs their relationship with the bank.
- Monitor customer account transactions diligently to identify any potentially suspicious activities.
- Prepare and manage fiduciary contracts and other corporate financerelated contracts, such as portage, acquisitions, evaluations, bonds, and equity issues.
Your qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian is essential, along with proficiency in English and French, other languages would be considered as an advantage
- Proven experience in relationship management with Corporate Clients within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of banking services, including liquidity management, investment products, and corporate finance.
- Familiarity with tax and financial engineering concepts, as well as corporate restructuring and funding.
- Solid understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and execute tasks efficiently.
