As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Select Luxembourg you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of professionals, contributing to the success of our clients' organizations, and making Select Luxembourg great again. You can decide on how to take on the following responsibilities:
Developing your client’s portfolio, from participating to business development activities to assisting in client meetings and managing client relationships

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support

Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruitment consultant, preferably in senior or specialized roles

Excellent communication, oral and written, in English. French, German and/or Luxembourgish considered an asset

Negotiation and interpersonal skills

Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets

Dynamic, positive and team-oriented
