Human Innovation Partners is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients attract and select top talent.
We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in recruitment, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects concurrently is a must.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with at least 5 years of experience in a recruitment role.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership ability and experience in guiding and mentoring junior recruiters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is required. Knowledge of German is considered a strong advantage.
