_**Freelance Business Manager (Commission-Based)**_
- **Company Overview**:_

We already have a team of expert recruiters in place, so we are not seeking additional recruiters but rather a hunter profile who excels in driving business through client acquisition and building strong partnerships.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Client Acquisition: Focus on identifying and acquiring new clients within the IT and finance sectors. Your primary objective is to bring in clients who require recruitment services for mid-level to senior and executive roles.

Client Development: Use your expertise and network to establish relationships with decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, HR Directors, Department Heads) in companies looking for recruitment solutions.

Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals by offering tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to strategically tailor your approach to client acquisition.
- **Qualifications and Experience**:_

Proven Experience in Business Development: You have a successful track record in sales or business development, preferably within the recruitment, consulting, or services sector.

Hunter Profile: You thrive on prospecting and closing new business deals. You’re not just looking for clients—you are proactive and driven to bring new opportunities to the table.

Experience in Recruitment: Ideally, you have experience in recruitment to better handle client objections and questions during sales calls, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable partner.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels (french & English)

Independent and Self-Driven: You are self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a freelance role where your success depends on your ability to generate business.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and closing deals.
- **Compensation**:_

Senior Roles: €7,000 per successful placement.

Mid-level Roles: €5,000 per successful placement.
