Talent Acquisition Consultant
Tasks
- Source and recruit Finance and IT graduates and experienced professionals across both Belgium and Luxembourg
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Partners and Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews in English & French
- Organise and run careers fairs and university events
- Be involved in global recruitment team projects
- Recruitment KPI reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or other relevant fields of study
- At least 1 year recruitment experience either in-house or from a recruitment agency
- Previous experience actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
- A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, ATS)
- You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
- Excellent communications skills in English & French, 20% travelling in future required
