CONSULTANT REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE

About our Client

Our client is a management consulting firm based in Luxembourg, renowned for its expertise in regulatory consulting and transactions advisory. Specializing in practical solutions for AML, MiFID, governance, and ESG, our client offers innovative approaches to compliance.

YOUR MISSIONS

Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses, crafting actionable roadmaps for our clients;
Enhance existing AML/MiFID arrangements through pragmatic solutions;
Guide clients through regulatory changes and framework implementations;
Lead AML/MiFID Remediation projects, offering analysis, execution, and program management support;
Develop and refine frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance excellence;
Facilitate compliance awareness workshops for executive teams and boards.
Deliver tailored regulatory trainings to clients and participate in client meetings for analysis presentations;
Stay abreast of regulatory and legal shifts affecting our clients.

PROFIL

YOUR PROFILE

A master's degree or equivalent in business/lawDiploma in Accounting, Audit, or Passion for management consulting and financial sectors5-8 years of professional experience in a fiduciary;
1-3 years of relevant Compliance experience in Luxembourg's banking or PSF sectors;
Strong grasp of AML, MiFID II, governance, and ESG principles;
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities;
Dedication to quality and detail, with a drive to add value;
Curiosity and a thirst for continual learning and skill development;
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proactive and initiative-driven
High level of autonomy
Organized and methodical approach
