Join a leading financial services company in Luxembourg, where collaboration and precision are key to delivering excellence. We are looking for an HR Consultant - Administration & INFPC Support to strengthen our Human Resources team. This role combines administrative coordination, recruitment support, and training follow-up within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
**Description**
- Support the HR team with administrative and recruitment-related tasks.
- Manage training documentation and liaise with training providers and employees to collect attendance certificates and supporting documents (mainly in French, occasionally in English).
- Ensure proper follow-up and data accuracy for INFPC (training reimbursement) processes.
- Maintain and organize HR databases, reports, and internal records.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives and provide day-to-day support to the wider team.
**Profile**
- Background in Human Resources or administrative support; a junior HR profile is welcome.
- Familiarity with INFPC procedures is an asset but not a requirement—training will be provided.
- Fluent in French, with a good working knowledge of English.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
