Pour les besoins de notre partenaire à Bertrange, après votre formation interne, vous intégrez une équipe de spécialistes du Helpdesk Customer Support et fournissez un support aux clients marchands ou porteurs de carte.

**Vos missions**:

- Technique : créer, transmettre et suivre les tickets liés aux problèmes rencontrés par le client.
- Support back-office : mettre à jour les systèmes, les bases de données et les procédures.

**Qualités requises**:

- Excellente élocution et aisance au téléphone
- Sens du contact
- Forte motivation
- Volonté de se former
- Etre orienté client

**Expériences et qualifications**:

- Min. BAC ou DFES
- Débutants acceptés
- Français
- Anglais
- Luxembourgeois
- Allemand
- Néerlandais (**FORTEMENT RECHERCHÉ**)
