**Customer Care Agent (w/m)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Ansprechpartner für Anfragen und Reklamationen von Endkunden
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Koordination der Kundenanfragen
- Auswerten der Anfragen und statistische Aufbereitung
- Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle hinsichtlich Reklamationsmanagement für die Marken des Volkswagen Konzerns: Volkswagen - Audi - SEAT - Skoda - Porsche

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder administrativen Bereich
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automobile und das große Thema Mobilität heute und morgen
- Sehr hohe Kundenorientierung sowie kundenorientiertes Handeln
- Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office Produktfamilie
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung, auch im europäischen Ausland
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und französischen Sprache, gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil

**Customer Care Agent (M/F)**

**Vos tâches**:

- Interlocuteur concernant les demandes et réclamations des clients
- Coordination et traitement des demandes clients
- Analyse des demandes et traitements statistiques
- Interlocuteur et interface concernant la gestion de réclamations pour les marques du groupe Volkswagen : Volkswagen - Audi - SEAT - Skoda - Porsche

**Votre profil**:

- Formation CATP/DAP dans le domaine commercial ou administratif
- Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Passionné par les voitures et l’évolution générale des moyens de transport actuels et futurs
- Avoir une forte orientation client
- Travailler en autonomie, de façon structurée et axée sur la résolution des problèmes
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise du pack MS-Office
- Volonté de participer à des formations continues, même dans d’autres pays de l’Union Européenne
- Maîtriser parfaitement l’allemand et le français ; disposer de bonnes connaissances en anglais
- La connaissance de la langue luxembourgeoise est un atout
