Le département « Product Management » de POST Telecom S.A. vise à garantir un catalogue de services et produits standardisés, compétitifs et adaptés aux besoins du marché résidentiel, en alignement avec la stratégie de l’entreprise. Ses missions incluent la gestion complète des produits, de leur conception jusqu’à leur mise sur le marché. POST Telecom S.A recherche actuellement pour son département « Product Management » un(e) **Product Manager (M/F/n)** à temps plein. **Vos missions**: - Définir les nouvelles propositions de valeur pour le marché résidentiel et SOHO - Suivre l’évolution des tendances du marché, de l’environnement concurrentiel et des innovations technologiques - Comprendre les besoins et les comportements des clients ainsi que leurs évolutions - Gérer le portefeuille de produits fixes dédiés aux clients résidentiels et SOHO - Définir la stratégie et les objectifs de chaque produit du catalogue, en ligne avec les objectifs de vente et la stratégie commerciale **Votre profil**: - Être titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+3 en Marketing, Management ou Commerce, avec une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans un rôle équivalent - Démontrer un réel intérêt pour l’expérience client, les nouvelles technologies, l’innovation et les chiffres - Avoir des connaissances sur les produits de télécommunications destinés au marché résidentiel et SOHO - Avoir le sens des responsabilités, savoir prendre des initiatives et coordonner des activités entre les équipes concernées - Avoir un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse et être orienté résultat - Maîtriser les outils bureautiques standards - Être ouvert d’esprit et disposer de très bonnes capacités de communication (écrit et oral) en français et en anglais.
