**Location: Position will be in our office in Wageningen, Netherlands OR Luxembourg City, Luxembourg**

We are seeking an experienced product manager for our digital agriculture platform providing irrigation and crop production insight to growers around the world. You will work closely with the head of product and other company leaders to support our product discovery and definition. As product manager you are at the intersection between the customer success team and engineering, through documenting and designing new features, ultimately to create a more appealing user experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as product owner for Hydrosat’s digital agriculture products, including web portal, mobile, and API platforms
- Manage and implement product backlog through research, customer feedback, and strategic planning
- Set product metrics, OKRs based on business metrics and monitor these metrics based on customer use and surveys
- Develop a broad understanding of Hydrosat’s product roadmap and business strategy
- Conduct product discovery with customers and define well documented requirements
- Evaluate product progress at each iteration along with engineering and science teams
- Compile customer requests submitted via the customer success team
- Create excellent technical documentation including product requirements, whitepapers, presentations and contribute to marketing publications

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years software product management experience, ideally with proven track record of launching SaaS products
- Bachelor’s degree in Earth Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Water management, or related field
- Solid sense of the UI/UX design process and ability to create simple, intuitive interfaces
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (science, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success) and executing product discovery with customers
- Experience collecting product feedback, business development processes, and managing customer relationships
- Basic financial acumen to assess market opportunity, product market fit and value
- Excellent English languages skills

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Interest in and/or experience with digital agriculture
- Excellent Product / UX intuition to improve customer journey process
- Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand, modify, and add Python code and work with geospatial data
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
