Our client, a company specialized in engineering and manufacturing customized, turn-key solutions for wastewater treatment and water reuse, designs innovative systems for demanding industrial applications. Renowned for its technological expertise and commitment to sustainability, the company delivers advanced solutions to address global challenges in water management and conservation.

As part of its growth, our client is looking for a Product Manager to join its team.

Your mission:

  • Reporting to the Manager / Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for leading product development from concept through to completion and market introduction.

  • Your main responsibilities include:

  • Defining the overall vision, goals, and product strategy;

  • Designing the product architecture, defining component locations, and configuring the supply chain;

  • Supervising the design and implementation of all modules of the final product;

  • Creating and maintaining the product plan, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog;

  • Overseeing the mechanical installation of the product by translating P&ID into a practical, user-friendly setup;

  • Managing the purchasing process and supervising subcontractor deliverables;

  • Leading projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;

  • Working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch new products or features.

Your profile

  • University degree in Wastewater Treatment, Hydraulics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering;

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience, ideally in wastewater installations, mechanical construction, or automation systems;

  • Proven track record in managing the full product development lifecycle;

  • Ability to define a clear product vision and strategy;

  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills;

  • Good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and MS Project is an asset;

  • Fluency in English required; French or German is considered an advantage.

Additional information

Position based in Luxembourg;

Occasional travel may be required.
