As a Product Manager Lead at INFINIT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy to achieve market success and customer delight. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that address real-world challenges. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, strong team management skills, and a deep passion for creating impactful products.

- ** Product Strategy**: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with Infinit's overarching goals and objectives. Your strategic direction will guide our product roadmap and ensure alignment across the organization.
- ** Roadmap Management**: Take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on rigorous analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities. Your decisions will drive the evolution of our product offerings to maintain market leadership.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. By defining clear product requirements and ensuring timely delivery of features, you will drive cross-functional alignment and product success.
- ** Customer Focus**: Deeply understand customer needs through comprehensive market research, user feedback, and data analysis. Utilize these insights to make informed product decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ** Product Development**: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept through to launch. This includes defining detailed requirements, creating user stories, and meticulously managing the product backlog to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands.
- ** Product Launch**: Plan and execute successful product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and targeted marketing campaigns. Your efforts will drive product adoption and contribute to revenue growth.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against targets. Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement, ensuring our products remain competitive in the market.
- ** Team Management**: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to ensure team cohesion and professional growth, enabling them to deliver their best work.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
- ** Experience**: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to commercialization + experience in reading andusing API docs
- ** Industry** **Experience: FinTech/Banking/Lending needed**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in guiding and developing high-performing product teams.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach, adept in market research, competitive analysis, and product metrics.
