To reinforce our Operations team, we are hiring a junior and curious Business Analyst/Project Manager.

Your role
Within a small and dynamic team, you’ll be working on the day-to-day continuous improvement of our recently deployed ERP system and quickly become an internal expert/reference. Your main tasks will include:
- Participate to - or lead - various projects, aiming at improving our customer experience, making our processes flow, or generate new businesses.
- As our ERP expert, you will be the first point of contact for internal support and trainings
- Be a driver of our digitalization
- Work on strategic IT projects to meet business and technology needs - Ensuring the design & implementation are both efficient and performant
Profil
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent experience);
- A first experience in consulting, IT, project management or business analysis would be an asset
- You are fluent in French and English
- Excel is your best friend
- Digital is you DNA
- You are an analytical person and like to think end-to-end
- You rather find solutions than highlight problems
- You are hands-on and polyvalent - a key quality within a small-scale / high growth company
- You don’t have all the above skills but are definitely a nice person willing to acquire them.
