**About this vacancy**:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a solid understanding of the financial sector (ideally in funds or banking) to support the PMO in the early stages of project planning. Rather than being embedded in delivery teams, your role will be to conduct high-level business analysis in preparation for project approval requests. You will liaise with stakeholders to assess needs, clarify objectives, and provide structured input that supports decision-making at a strategic level.

You will be responsible for:

- Analyzing new project demands and defining high-level business requirements for project pre-approval;
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to clarify the business needs and objectives;
- Working with IT and other relevant departments to assess feasibility and provide rough estimations;
- Supporting the PMO in aligning project requests with business priorities.

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, IT, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the financial services or banking/funds industry;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English;
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple topics effectively;
- A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and take ownership;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable insights;
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to guide and coach junior team members.
