MS Dynamics (CRM / CE) Business Analyst / Functional Consultant 

Tasks

  • Be the point of contact for our customers and for your team for all functional aspects and knowledge related to the MS-Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Customer Engagement) project.
  • Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0).
  • Lead Customer interviews/workshops
  • Gather and redact functional specifications and requirements (Functional Analysis)
  • Create Gap analysis for specific requests
  • Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
  • Prepare test plans and scenarios as well as preparing and performing user training
  • Generating user documentation with our tools

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a MS-Dynamics CRM / CE Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields of studies 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile) is a plus
  • D365 CE certifications is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
