Junior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
Tasks
- Be the point of contact for our customers and for your team for all functional aspects and knowledge related to MS-Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Customer Engagement) project
- Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0)
- Conduct Customer interviews/workshops
- Gather and redact functional specifications and requirements (Functional Analysis)
- Create Gap analysis for specific requests
- Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
- Prepare test plans and scenarios as well as preparing and performing user training

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields of studies
- Great client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile) is a plus
- D365 CE certifications is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
