**JOB BRIEF**

Weerts Group is looking to strengthen its Finance team with a polyvalent **Junior Analyst**, to add value and reinforce the Group’s growing activities in all its divisions, but predominantly in the context of its growing pan-European activities logistics real estate.

You will be involved in deal execution and asset management and will be part of a small team of ambitious investment professionals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

In this position you will work very closely with the rest of the Finance team members. You support and give input where necessary. Taking the initiative is highly valued. Depending on your skills, experience and commitment, you can give your own interpretation of your tasks in accordance with the Group’s needs.

As a Junior Analyst you would be required to work on following tasks:

- Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
- Perform and update relevant market research
- Assisting in the sourcing and closing of (project) bank (and other) financing
- Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including financial due diligence, contractual review and negotiation, and financial structuring
- Follow-up of the project financing, once set up
- Assisting in monitoring, budgeting and reporting of operational assets and project companies

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED - YOUR PROFILE**
- Master’s degree in engineering or economics & finance with good academic credentials
- 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate finance and / or real estate development
- Solid financial modelling and valuation expertise
- Robust experience with extensive Excel & Powerpoint use
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch (German is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Positive attitude, integrity & honesty, team player
